Summit Midstream Winding Down CapEx in 4Q19 after 19.6% Drop in 3Q19 to $40.6MM

Summit Midstream reported that with the completion of a 60 Mmcf/d DJ Basin Processing Plant in the third quarter of 2019, their capital spending will begin to wind down in the fourth quarter of 2019 after $40.6 million in 3Q spending (-19.6% Q/Q.)
