Idled St. Croix Refinery Restarting in Early 2020 w/ 210 Mbbl/d in Capacity

The $1.6 billion plan to restart an idled refinery in the Caribbean island of St. Croix is now back on track and 75% complete, with plans to bring it online in early 2020.  The Limetree Bay Refinery will handle 210 Mbbl/d in crude oil once back online, which is far lower than the original facilities' capacity of 650 Mbbl/d back in 1970.
