Phillips 66 Partners Constructing 900 Mbbls/d Gray Oak Pipeline; Anticipates Pipeline to be In Service by Year-End 2019

February 8, 2019 - Phillips 66 Partners is currently constructing the 900 Mbbls/d Gray Oak Pipeline, which will provide crude oil transportation from the Permian and Eagle Ford to destinations in Corpus Christi and Freeport, including the Sweeny Refinery. The Company will contain a 42.25% ownership in the pipeline expected to be in service by year-end 2019.
